After completing her MBA in Sweden and France, Åsa embarked on a dynamic career path as sustainability manager and communication director for international corporations such as Schenker, Stena Line and Lindex. In these roles, she not only moderated numerous internal events but also developed a profound comprehension of business dynamics and strategies.

With over two decades of professional moderation experience, complemented by her international certification as a facilitator, Åsa operates seamlessly on both international and national arenas, spanning across private and public sectors. Her expertise extends to authoring one of the few books on moderation “Career: Moderator” and subsequently training countless moderators across Sweden and the Nordic region.

Her portfolio encompasses diverse assignments, ranging from steering political discussion to orchestrating international conferences and energizing company events. Engaging in personal interviews on stage is one of her favorite tasks.
